I’ve been thinking about you all week and feel the tug to connect.  I wonder what to write, I ask what I can say that is meaningful and what your heart is longing to hear.  I get nothing, so I put off writing another day.  This morning, it’s the same story, so  I take my seat cushion and walk to the rivers bank and sit there in silence.  The solid, sacred ground beneath me reminds me I’m always held in Love – no matter what’s going on in my life and the flow of the rushing river calls me to let go and ride; stop struggling here.  The vastness of the sky mirrors back to me how free life is meant to be, and all those ‘shoulds’, limiting beliefs and ideas of mine and/or others that close me in and stifle the true spirit of me, are not true – and I can safely ‘let those go’ too.  The eagle appears out of nowhere (in the last 8 years I’ve lived here, I’ve never seen them in this place) – and so the strength of the eagle boldly and quietly states, ‘you can fly’ and whatever you do, don’t allow the illusion of limitation to ground you in your flight.

I realize I have nothing to say to you. I only wish for you to find your silent sacred spot of earth, connect deep within your heart and let the soft breeze, the vibrant colors, and shimmering falling leaf, the bright sunlight shining through the trees, or the beauty of the clouds, the

song of the bird and all of creation whisper gently and caress you. And if tears fall, it’s tears of gratitude and joy because you feel your eternal, ‘always there’ connection with the divine and you know that you are completely loved and accepted, just as you are, exactly as you are. You feel deep inside a reassurance that all is well and there’s nothing to do, or expect someone else to do. You resonate to your core that you can just be who you are, listen to your own heart and follow what’s calling you forward.  And you cry, because you hear – you can ‘trust‘. Joy wells up and you know, the way is opening up in grace and ease, one step at a time.  This moment, this divine connection, this is it.  You discover – ‘your heart is where your home is.’ 

Lately, I’ve been, well, the truth is, struggling with how I can convey to you my work, and how it is I can reach those who are asking for my help. I know how it feels to not exactly know where to turn and yet crave support from someone who totally understands and that will make the journey not seem so fearful.  I know the longing for a hand up, and for that someone to stand with the newly emerging ‘me’.
If you are starting a new chapter in your life, beginning a new stage and are so ready to fly. I want you to know I’m here for you, and I will share with you my heart, wisdom from my life experience, provide powerful energy clearings that create a multitude of miracles and make the journey so much easier and faster.  I’ve woven together a beautiful program interweaving creativity that opens your heart, processes that set your spirit free and my keen intuition that often sees where you can’t when you’re in the FOG (fears overpowering guidancetm), and so I amplify the ‘green light’ inside you, and then you have the courage to ‘go’ on your amazing miraculous journey of love and awe, and I am by your side.
