Hello, My name is Theresa Gooch, and I’m so happy to meet you here. This is the page I bare my soul, speak from my heart, and where you feel if your heart resonates and calls you to the work I do.
I wonder if you have been asking and knocking because you are yearning to live and thrive in the freedom of your Spirit.
Do you sense deeply, if you found the right support, you would actually dare to step outside the structures of your mind and all the constriction, restriction of the mass energy and ‘rules’ built in and around us?
As a tiny child, growing up, throughout my life and up until this very moment I have always known and strongly felt the connection with the divine, eternal Love that always, always holds us. In the darkest scariest times, in confusion, heart ache, when the very foundation of my life crumbled, in times when I felt I was alone I still always cherished that deep and living connection with divinity we all equally have.
Oh, but I probably had one of the most severe ‘self-conscious’ plagues of anyone; too ugly, too fat, not smart enough or good enough, way shy, weird, completely immersed in fear of ‘what other people think’, continually worried, didn’t trust my inner knowing…the list went on. My amazing husband took some of the intensity out, but he could never change my untrue and harmful beliefs; that was my work, thus began my inward journey.
A beautiful journey that still continues with every teacher, mentor, friend showing up perfectly on time and including the opportunity bumps to love ‘me’ and one another along the way that stretch me, change my perception, help me let go again and again.
This is what I can tell you today. I am freer today than I ever dreamed possible, fear doesn’t run me, and I can be me, loving me way more often. I am so grateful for the ever increasing times I live in the freedom of my Spirit, free to be ‘fully alive’ and play in this world. Free to think joyful thoughts and consciously create my inner and outer life…and more than anything else in the world, I’d love to help you experience the same.
Every healing modality and energy clearing technique that made my way easier, I learned and often became certified in so I could share with others to make their way as gentle and fast. A few of my interests and endeavors include having authored, ‘It Was My Star’, a children’s book. I appreciate having been mentored by Bob Proctor (as seen on ‘The Secret’), a joy to have hosted and led women groups & kids camp. I’m also a Reiki Master and certified in other various healing modalities, my most favorite – the advanced-pulse technique developed by Jo Dunning. In the business world, my husband and I owned a real estate company for nearly 20 years in Southern Oregon.
